AirDXP is in the business of providing Services designed to enhance our clients and partners' ability to reach consumers with relevant messages across various digital channels, like websites, mobile apps, and email.
AirDXP Services Overview
The AirDXP Services include a Data Synchronization Solution ("System", "Engine", "Solution") that helps companies in the digital advertising industry, like website publishers, advertising technology platforms, and advertisers, enhance their ability to match consumer data to website visitors in real time. In doing so, the companies are ultimately able to increase the relevance of advertisements, offers, and messages presented to customers. This practice is generally known as "on-boarding". While companies typically already employ widely adopted techniques and/or third-party partners to accomplish this common task, the AirDXP Services are specialized with a focus on extending reach to technically challenging, niche environments where the customer messaging experience suffers.
The Data Synchronization Solution is a distributed system that maintains a central online ID across websites and provides real time, on-demand access to the ID to AirDXP clients via a simple API. It's a patent pending architecture that mixes basic web technologies like "pixel tags", also known as web beacons, and cookies with non-cookie data and intelligence algorithms, to continually maintain Match Partner audiences against the ID. As needed, clients make an HTTP request to the API to retrieve the ID. The net result is that clients are able to maintain synchronization of their customer data with the online audience and deliver a relevant experience to the end-user.
The Data Synchronization Solution also serves as a monetization tool for participating web publishers. Web publishers participating in the AirDXP Match Partner network integrate the AirDXP technology into their websites. Whenever a Match Partner's integration has facilitate a data synchronization event, the Match Partner is compensated. The combination of the AirDXP Match Partner network data and the AirDXP technology is what delivers the robust AirDXP Data Synchronization Solution.
The full range of AirDXP Services offered center around what's described above and may extend to other related applications not explicitly mentioned herein, like campaign analytics and attribution modeling.
What information do we collect?
At the core of our Services is a proprietary and anonymous online ID that is created by AirDXP when the system sees an unrecognized site visitor.
The ID is an anonymous identifier. The ID is not a "hash" or an encryption of any personally identifiable information (PII). It is more like a UUID used in software programming.
When you visit a website that uses our Services:
- We may create an ID representing you and store it or a derivative of it to one or more cookies. Cookies are small text files that online services often store on computer hard drives or mobile devices of visitors to their sites. Cookies are used to recognize your computer or mobile device when a user of your computer or mobile device returns to a website that it has visited previously.
- We may collect information about your particular device (e.g. hardware make and model), its operating system, internet protocol (IP) address, and other connectivity information, geographic location, and cookies.
- We may use non-cookie technologies to recognize your computer or device, used strictly to feed the internal statistical models applied within our platform.
Personally identifiable information never enters the AirDXP system.
How do we use the information we collect?
All of the information the system collects is done so with the primary purpose of feeding the engine with the information it needs to maintain the online ID that is central to the Services. The engine's goal is to maintain and deliver a 100% accurate ID for an individual visiting (or revisiting) a website. In most environments, traditional cookies make this possible. In other environments, the additional information listed in the above section, e.g. non-cookie technologies, helps to supplement the solution with the intelligence required to deliver the same outcome.
Unlike web "tracking" cookies and technologies, the AirDXP system does not "track" users' behavior across websites. Instead, the AirDXP system is used to recognize an individual so that relevant ads, offers, site personalization, and email marketing can be delivered to the intended recipient.
We may in good faith also share information (a) as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or other legal process or government reporting obligations, or (b) with affiliates, service providers, advisors, and other third parties to the extent reasonably necessary to proceed with the negotiation or completion of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets. We may also share your data when we believe that disclosure is necessary to (c) protect our rights or the integrity of our business and Products, or (d) your safety or the safety of others.
You have many options to block or opt-out of AirDXP's tracking methods:
At the footer of this webpage is an "opt-out" link. You may click that opt-out to be immediately excluded from the AirDXP system.
Do Not Track (DNT)
In all modern web browsers, you may elect to switch-on the "Do Not Track" option. The AirDXP system fully supports this preference. By switching-on DNT, AirDXP will receive a "Do Not Track" signal with every touch that your browser makes to our system. We take that signal seriously and exclude browsers with DNT from AirDXP data collection.
Cookie Blocking & Deletion
In all modern web browsers, you may elect to block or delete third-party cookies. By doing so, your browser will be traceable by third-party behavioral advertising companies. Please note, however, that deleting cookies will also delete your preference to "opt-out" if you had clicked the AirDXP opt-out link at the footer of this page.
Should you choose to use the above methods to block or opt-out of AirDXP Services (or those of our partners or clients), you will continue to receive online advertisements and those advertisements may be less relevant to you.
The security of your personal data is important to us. We use commercially reasonable security measures to protect all data, both during transmission and once we receive it. Although we work hard to ensure the integrity and security of our systems, no method of transmission or safeguard is 100% perfect. Therefore we cannot guarantee the security of your information.
Collection and Use of Children's Personal Information
The Services are intended for general audiences. Personally identifiable information never enters the system. Notwithstanding, AirDXP does not knowingly collect any personal data from children.
